The project of Huage International Commercial Plaza is located in the Trade Circle of Asian largest passenger railway station under construction in the ancient capital Nanjing, which is the transport hub intersection of Nanjing, at a distance of 20 km from the Nanjing Airport.
The total covered area is about 119800 M2, including about 97,800M2 ground part, 22,000 M2 underground. The project invested 423.5 million yuan totally, and positioned for the life neighborhood center and business center. Up to 2012 when the project is fully completed, it will form an integrated commercial estate project which embraces modern commercial circulation, high-grade office building and super five-star hotel.
The first-stage construction will be completed and put into use at the end of 2010, when one main store of the world's top 500 life chain companies as the mainstay, supplemented by the introduction of retail stores, an international shopping mall whose total business area is 50,000 M2 would be formed. At the same time the project also seeks to introduce an agricultural material chain and modern logistics company of Chinese top 10, whose sales income is 10 billion yuan.
The total construction area of the second-stage construction is approximately 66,800 M2, including 28 ground floors whose building area is about 55,800 M2 and two underground floors whose construction area is 12,000 M2. Its function is: 1-4 floors are used for the modern commercial circulation and bank, 5 floor is an entertainment restaurant, body building and chamber center, 6-17 floor is used for supply chain industrial park, international trade and exhibition of modern metropolis; the super-five-star international hotel is in 18-28 . By then the project will be a composition of modern urban industrial park and the headquarters of large corporation, striving to form a largest agricultural materials supply chain Group of China which integrates agricultural material chain, physical distribution, international trade, manufacturing management, and scientific research, and more than 10 industrial design and development companies. At the same time, in order to match with the Nanjing secondary downtown area and satellite city, the project will build a super five-star hotel, and connect with the new transportation hubs, and strive to build 300 sets of senior business housing and executive rooms and 5 sets of presidential suites. |
