The super-efficient, low-toxic and environment-friendly pesticide is a kind of special merchandise, which not only is high technology content and high environmental requirements, but also is monopolized by Europe, the United States, Japan and a total of 10 multinational companies in the global areas, and at the same time they set up all kinds of technical and policy-related barriers to stop the developing countries to enter the international pesticide market.
